Duration for Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer directly.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Books showing signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds Procedure

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please send us an email at {email address} and mail your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location. For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
